St Andrews East Sands resort
This beach is located on the south side of the old harbour and the north and of the East Sands Leisure Centre. It is a sandy beach backed by the east bents. Due to the close proximity to the harbour and sailing club there are more water sports in this area than the West Sands. There are plenty of activities for the children including some fascinating rock pools at the south end of the beach. The Kinkell Braes Caravan Site is only 5 minutes away.
